Dismiss/ Satisfied Judgments
All creditors/ Individuals who receive a judgment MUST notify this court upon payment of the entire debt (within 60 days), per O.C.G.A. 9-13-80.
Requirements
Must submit in writing:
Plaintiff and Defendant information, case#, state judgment has been satisfied, sign and date and have notarized.
Cancel the writ of FiFa (if one was filed)
Failure to comply may subject the judgment creditor/ Individual to monetary damages.
You may use the
Affidavit Form (PDF)
provided by our office to dismiss or satisfy said judgment.

f you have a judgment to dispute, currently on your credit report, you must dispute it with the Credit Bureau.
